Welcome to Rapid Core BPO. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at rapidcorebpo.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

Rapid Core BPO provides business process outsourcing services including but not limited to:

  • Customer support and call centre operations
  • Data entry and data management
  • Back-office processing and administration
  • Digital marketing support
  • Virtual assistant services
  • HR and recruitment support

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement shall be governed by a separate written agreement or service contract between Rapid Core BPO and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Rapid Core BPO or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using our website or contacting us, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Job Applications

By submitting a job application through our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You consent to us processing your personal data for recruitment purposes. Applications are subject to our selection process, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Core BPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Rapid Core BPO employees and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services (including WhatsApp, email providers, and analytics tools). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
